Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Rugby Goosey order. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, where applicable under UK consumer law. After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags attached.

Made-to order-items

Many Rugby Goosey products are made to order especially for you. Being made to order does not by itself affect your statutory cancellation rights. However, items that are personalised or made to your individual specifications may not be eligible for change of mind cancellations, except where they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return Postage

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Rugby Goosey will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to your original payment method. Refunds will be made in accordance with statutory rights.

If you need a different size, please contact Rugby Goosey through the contact details provided on our website before sending your item back.
